Do you accept other forms of payment besides PayPal?
No. I currently only accept PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase through PayPal, a valid credit card will do.
What is your shipping policy?
All orders are shipped through the USPS. US orders have a choice between 1st class/$5.00 and Priority/$8.00. International orders under $50 ship 1st class/$7.00, over $50 ship Priority/$14.00. If international buyer selects incorrect S&H due for order amount, a bill for the additional postage will be sent to the email address given at check-out, prior to shipment. An order cannot be shipped until correct postage is paid. S&H upgrades/insurance is also available to all buyers who qualify, please contact me for a quote at heather@patinaqueen.com. All US orders with a subtotal over $50.00 will have a delivery confirmation number, typcially sent through PayPal.
S&H charges on large custom bulk orders will vary. The price will be based on weight and include delivery confirmation and insurance.
To all INTERNATIONAL BUYERS...
If duties, taxes, or fees are added at time of import, they are the responsibility of the buyer.

When will I receive my order?
Currently, orders average 5 business days (M-F) for processing prior to shipping. Orders are processed first come, first serve regardless of size.

Do you accept refunds?
Yes. Refunds will be honored within two weeks of purchase date. Original S&H charges will not be refunded. The shipping charge for the returning item is the responsiblilty of the buyer. Delivery confirmation and/or insurance is also recommended.
The item/s must be returned unused, in its original packaging. Once received and evaluated the refund will be granted through PayPal.
*Used wire cannot be returned for a refund.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. All items (except custom orders) are exchangable within 14 days of purchase date. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the item for exchange. New shipping and handling charges for the exchange will also be applied. Delivery confirmation and/or insurance is recommended.
The item/s must also be returned unused, in its original packaging. Once received and evaluated the exchange will be granted.
*Used wire cannot be returned for a an exchange.
What metals do you patina?
At Patina Queen you will find only solid brass and solid copper. Occasionally, in my own designs I will incorporate sterling silver as well.
I have my own charms, will you patina them for me?
Because of the demand for PQ supplies, I am currently unable to do custom work at this time.
