Will my payment be secure?

 

Yes, 100%! All payments are received through PayPal, one of the most secure payment gateways on the web. If you don't have a PayPal account you can sign in as a guest and use any major debit or credit card.

 
What is your shipping policy? 
 
All orders are shipped 1st class through USPS from Wilmington, NC. All domestic orders ship for a flat $4.00.  International S&H costs vary by country and range from $13-$18.  Upgrades/insurance are available to all buyers who qualify, please contact me for further details prior to making your purchase. All domestic orders will have a delivery confirmation number emailed to them. 

 

To all INTERNATIONAL BUYERS...If duties, taxes, or fees are added at time of import, they are the responsibility of the buyer.  Currently, tracking is not provided although you will recieve a custom label number for your package.

When will I receive my order?

Currently, orders average 5 business days (M-F) for processing prior to shipping. Orders are processed first come, first serve regardless of size. Patina Queen is located in NC.

 

* International orders are shipped out twice a week during the Christmas holiday season.

 

Do you accept refunds?

Yes. Refunds will be honored within 14 days of the purchase date. Original S&H charges will not be refunded. The shipping charge for the returning item/s is the responsiblilty of the buyer. Delivery confirmation and/or insurance is also recommended. The item/s must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Once received and evaluated the refund will be granted through PayPal.

 

 

Do you accept exchanges?

 

Yes. All items (except custom orders) are exchangable within 14 days of the purchase date. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the item/s for exchange. New shipping and handling charges for the exchange will also be applied. Delivery confirmation and/or insurance is recommended. The item/s must also be returned unused and in the original packaging. Once received and evaluated the exchange will be granted.
